Order processThe client provides a description or references of their character (OC), concept, or fanart request.I will deliver a preview of the draft for approval.After approval of the sketch, the work proceeds to lineart and rendering.The final piece is delivered securely via email.3. PaymentPayments are made 50% in advance and the remainder after approval of the draft, through reliable platforms (PayPal or Wise).Work only begins after payment confirmation.4. Refund PolicyYou can request a refund only if:The artist does not start the work after payment within 7 days, or if the artist does not contact the customer without valid justification.There is an unexpected cancellation by the artist.Refunds are NOT available if:Lineart/rendering is already finished.The customer approved the draft and then changed their mind without a valid service issue.Delays in delivery time caused by lack of customer response or incomplete briefing.10. CommunicationThe artist will provide updates if requested.The customer agrees to maintain a respectful and agile communication channel to avoid delays.11. File DeliveryThe final artwork will be delivered as:JPG/PNG (default)300 DPI resolutionVia email or communication channel used between the client and the artist.12. Queue and monthly vacanciesThere will be limited monthly commission slots to ensure quality and deadlines.
